End of the game bonus

From ArmA 3 King of the Hill Wiki

The end of the game bonus (also endgame bonus) is rewarded to players, who play a round of King of the Hill to the end (until one team wins). It consists of a bonus of in-game money as well as experience.

The bonus is calculated based on two metrics, the team score bonus and the play time bonus. Both are based on the rewards earned in the team (like enemy kills, assist, stays in the AO, etc).

Both parts are rounded to the next 5 or 10 value (for example a value of 4087,5 is rounded to 4090). Both values are then summed up and rewarded as the end of the game bonus.

The end of the game bonus together with the rewards earned in the team are the total earnings of a player in a round.

Team score bonus[edit | edit source]

The team score bonus is 50% of the rewards in the team divided by the number of points the own team earned in the AO. For example, if the player earned 10000 XP during a match, and the team scored only 50 points in the AO, the team score bonus would be 10000 * 50% * 0,5 = 2500 XP. The same applies for the money as well.

Play time bonus[edit | edit source]

With the play time bonus, the player gets rewarded for the amount of points they were in the team. It is also based on 50% of the rewards made by the player in the team, divided by the points the team made, while the player was in the team as well. For example, if the player earned 10000 XP during a match, the team made 100 points, but the player joined after 25 points were already made, the play time bonus would be 10000 * 50% * 0,75 = 3750 XP. The same applies to the money as well.
